Your Role:
You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and screening the best talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from the first contact.

What are we looking for?

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment and selection.
• Languages: Advanced English proficiency (C1 - Essential).
• Tools: Fluent use of CRMs and telephony tools (preferably RingCentral).
• Design Skills: Use of Canva to create employer branding material.
• Availability: Ability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST).
