Location: Remote (Philippines-based candidates only). Company: Staff Hero. Staff Hero is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Bilingual Sales Representative (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role , open exclusively to candidates located in the Philippines .

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients via phone, email, and follow-ups
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Spanish
• Present and explain our services to potential clients
• Build strong relationships and move leads through the sales pipeline
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets
• Keep accurate records of outreach and conversations
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Proven sales experience (inside sales, outbound, or B2B preferred)
