Business Development Representative (BDR)
to qualify inbound leads, enrich prospect data, and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team. This role is key to connecting marketing efforts with revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns using defined scoring and buyer personas.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to assess needs and interest.
- Enrich and validate lead data (firmographic, demographic, technographic).
- Route leads accurately by territory, business unit, and sales owner.
- Track activities and performance metrics using Salesforce, Pardot, , and
