Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Scheduler based in Colombia to manage therapy appointments and client coordination for U.S.-based clients. The Bilingual Scheduler will support operational efficiency by ensuring timely communication, calendar accuracy, and service coordination across clinical and support teams. This role requires confident English communication skills, familiarity with U.S. scheduling practices, and the ability to manage real-time updates in a fast-paced virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities

· Schedule and coordinate therapy sessions and assessments between clients, therapists, and supervisors

· Plan and update client appointments in systems such as NPA and internal databases
