Bilingual Senior BI Developer & Tech Lead

Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional BI initiatives across Japan, US, and Europe, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Architect and build scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using Azure Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake), Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and ADLS Gen2. Design and govern Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards, enforcing DAX/M standards, RLS, deployment pipelines, and UX guidelines. Develop Python-based automation, data quality frameworks, and transformation scripts while enforcing Git, code review, and testing best practices. Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps, drive user adoption, and align analytics to measurable business outcomes.
