Bilingual Senior Bookkeeper

About the Role

We're looking for a
Senior Bookkeeper / Controller

to take full ownership of day-to-day accounting operations and support leadership with accurate financial reporting and cash flow visibility. This is a hands-on role that requires experience working with vendors and lenders, as well as strong familiarity with ERP systems. Experience in the apparel or textile industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain cash flow statements
• Coordinate, negotiate, and follow up with vendors
• Work closely with our factor and lender
• Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance
