Job Description

Responsibilities
:
Program Delivery & Case Management Lead the end-to-end disability and leave experience, ensuring clear communication, timely coordination, and a supportive employee/advisor journey. Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate safe and timely return-to-work plans.
Manage accommodations and ergonomics processes with empathy and professionalism.
Engage effectively with diverse internal and external contacts on program matters, using strong judgment to proactively identify and resolve complex matters.
Ensure program documentation, resources, and employee-facing tools are accurate, accessible, and easy to navigate.
Develop and maintain reporting that provides clear, actionable insights for leadership. 

Wellness Manage the delivery of IGM’s Wellness program offering, collaborating with vendors and internal partners to offer meaningful programming.
