Description

• Provide L1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.


• Log, track, and resolve support tickets promptly using the internal ticketing system.


• Assist with workstation setup and configuration for new employees, including peripherals and software installations.


• Monitor and maintain system performance, addressing recurring technical issues as they arise.
