Bilingual Sourcer for Talent Acquisition

MezTal is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and confident Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support recruiting efforts for our U.S.-based client, one of the largest food and facility services companies in the United States.

This role focuses on sourcing salaried professionals across multiple business functions. A key part of this position involves proactively reaching out to candidates in the United States through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email communication. Therefore, the ideal candidate must have professional English skills and feel confident initiating conversations with English speakers.

We are looking for someone who is extroverted, comfortable speaking with new people, and eager to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition within a multicultural environment.
