Bilingual Staffing Coordinator (Healthcare)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staffing Coordinator to support our remote staffing operations. This is a fully remote role , working on Pacific Standard Time (PST) .

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end staffing activities, including interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
• Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers, and reports
• Communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders
• Support onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Assist with workforce planning and staffing fulfillment based on client needs
• Ensure timely and organized candidate placements

Qualifications

• Experience as a Staffing Coordinator, Recruiter, or HR/TA support
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Able to work independently in a remote setup
