Staffing Coordinator (Remote – LATAM | PST Hours | RN Preferred)

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to support a U.S.-based healthcare organization. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Latin America who are fluent in English and Spanish and able to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.

Prior experience in healthcare staffing, scheduling, or workforce coordination is required. Candidates with a Registered Nurse (RN) background are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily and weekly staffing schedules for U.S.-based healthcare teams

Monitor staffing levels and proactively address call-outs and coverage gaps

Communicate schedule updates with nurses, caregivers, and leadership teams

Manage urgent staffing needs and last-minute schedule changes

Maintain accurate records in scheduling, staffing, and EMR systems
