Job Description

Toromont Cat is seeking a detail‑oriented, people‑focused Bilingual Talent Acquisition/Onboarding Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role supports an engaging recruitment experience and a smooth onboarding transition for new employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is committed to delivering a welcoming and well‑organized hiring process.

This position may be based in either the Concord or Pointe‑Claire office and requires bilingual proficiency in English and French.


Compensation: $49,845 - $62,305
