Role Overview The Therapist provides trauma‑informed mental health services to individuals and families by conducting assessments, offering therapy across multiple settings, maintaining accurate and timely documentation and billing, meeting productivity expectations, collaborating with internal partners, and continuously developing skills through ongoing training.
