Location: Colombia, Medellín on site

Shift: Monday to Friday | Business Hours EST

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

English Requirement: Advanced (9–10)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Trainer Lead to help build and shape the Training & Development department. This role will not start with direct team leadership but will play a key part in designing processes, creating training materials, and preparing the foundation for future positions within the account.
