-Arranging and managing customized travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and car rentals using GDS platforms
-Assisting members with cancellations, re-bookings, and travel disruptions
-Delivering professional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels
-Educating members on how to fully utilize and maximize their exclusive travel benefits

Assets
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel, airline, or hospitality
-Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
-Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
