About the Role: ScaleHouse Talent is seeking a proactive and experienced Remote Bilingual Recruiter based in Colombia to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to final offer negotiation, helping our U.S.-based clients find top-tier talent.

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: $1,200-1,500+ bonus USD per month (paid via traceable methods like Wise or Payoneer).
• Monthly WFH Stipend: $60 USD to support your high-speed internet and home office costs.
• Uncapped Performance Bonuses: Earn additional USD for every successful placement.
• 100% Remote: Work from Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, or anywhere in Colombia.
• PST Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (Same as EST for much of the year).
