Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Patient Service Representative. As a Patient Service Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include appointment scheduling, providing excellent phone etiquette, insurance verification, and knowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures. You'll be answering Patient calls, Spanish speakers and English speaking patients.

You'll be working with a Clinic located in USA, remotely from home.
