Job description: The Unified Supervisor at Solvo is a key leadership role responsible for both team performance and administrative oversight. This role combines the responsibilities of the Solvo supervisor and isolved supervisor, focusing on driving agent performance through coaching and training while ensuring the seamless execution of back-office and administrative tasks. The supervisor is the primary point of contact for their team, a bridge to management, and a critical driver of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
