Bill Validation Team Leader

Scale Shore Consulting is seeking a Bill Validation Team Leader to lead a specialist team dedicated to protecting customers from incorrect energy billing. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end bill validation process, managing escalations, and ensuring continued delivery against an outstanding performance record — having recovered over £9 million for customers to date.

You will combine strong people leadership with exceptional analytical ability and attention to detail, ensuring billing accuracy, compliance, and customer advocacy remain central to everything the team delivers.

Key Responsibilities
