Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Biller for our manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, managing billing records, coordinating with sales and dispatch departments, and ensuring accurate billing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare sales invoices and delivery challans
Maintain billing and customer records
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams
Verify order details, rates, and quantities before billing
Handle customer billing queries and follow-ups
Maintain daily billing reports and documentation
Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing
Assist in stock and sales record management
Requirements
Graduate preferred
1–2 years of billing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing software/ERP
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
