Billing Analyst II

Position Summary
The Biller is responsible for the accurate and timely generation of customer invoices, ensuring billing aligns with contractual terms, pricing schedules, and internal policies. This role plays a critical part in revenue accuracy, customer satisfaction, and downstream accounts receivable processes.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and issue customer invoices in accordance with contracts, billing schedules, and pricing agreements
Ensure billing accuracy across products, services, subscriptions, and usage-based charges
Review contracts, sales orders, and system data to validate billing inputs
Maintain billing records and ensure data integrity within billing and finance systems
Process billing adjustments, credits, rebills, and corrections as required
Respond to internal and external billing enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve billing discrepanci...
