The Billing Analyst supports revenue analytics and reporting to monitor
financial performance. Responsibilities include preparing data packs, analyzing revenue
trends, supporting payer parity assessments, modeling proposals for negotiations, and
maintaining databases to ensure accurate and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare data packs for expected vs. actual payment analysis.
• Conduct payer parity analysis using internal and external data.
• Analyze monthly gross and net revenue trends and prepare reports.
• Support intramonth revenue projections and trend analysis.
• Organize service line and payer analytics for management review.
• Maintain and transfer data between systems to ensure database accuracy.
• Develop preliminary proposal models for managed care negotiations.
• Provide insights and data support to negotiating teams.
