Brief Job Description

• Provides customer service regarding collection issues
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
• Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
• Monitor clients' payments and prepares a statement of accounts
• Handles customer accounts on a timely basis
• Provides excellent customer service to clients
