Billing and Collection Officer

Billing Functions:

• Prepare and issue accurate billing statements, invoices, and supporting documents to clients, partner hospitals, and corporate accounts.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of billing requirements prior to submission.
• Coordinate with concerned departments (e.g., Claims, Membership, Accounting) to validate billing details and member information.
• Ensure timely transmission of billing to clients and partners according to company policy and contract terms.
• Maintain systematic filing and safekeeping of billing records for easy reference and audit.

Collection Functions:

• Monitor the status of accounts receivable and follow up payments from clients, HMOs, hospitals, and partner institutions.
• Record all collections and deposits accurately in the accounting system.
