Billing and Collection Specialist

JOB BRIEF:

This position is in charge of processing sales invoices and billing statements to customers and ensuring timely billing and collection. The role involves managing the full cycle of receivables, from initial invoicing to the final reconciliation of payments, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Billing Management

• Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices in accordance with company policies and client agreements.
• Ensure all billing data is complete, accurate, and properly documented.
• Process credit memos, adjustments, and refunds when required.
• Maintain updated customer billing records and files.

Accounts Receivable & Collections

• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and identify overdue accounts.
• Follow up with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence regarding outstanding balances.
