Billing and Collection Staff

Job Summary
The Billing and Collection Staff is responsible for preparing accurate billing statements for logistics services and ensuring timely collection of receivables. The role requires close coordination with operations, warehouse, dispatch, and clients to verify delivery records, freight charges, and supporting documents before invoicing.

This position plays a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and minimizing overdue accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities1. Billing Preparation

• Prepare and issue invoices based on delivery receipts (DR), trip tickets, waybills, proof of delivery (POD), and service agreements.
• Verify rates (per trip, per kilometer, per drop, storage fees, handling fees, etc.) based on approved contracts.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of billing documents before submission.
