Billing and Collections Analyst

Overview

Support the execution of Plan Admin activities on behalf of the onshore team in the Asia Pacific region, following agreed processes, tools and templates. Core delivery will include the review and validation of premium invoices, project and transaction management, and related billing activities.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate premium invoices from insurance carriers for accuracy and completeness.
• Process, project and transaction management.
• Compare billed premiums against policy terms, enrollment data, and agreed rates.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing, coordinating with insurance carriers and internal teams.
• Communicate effectively with insurance carriers, brokers, and internal stakeholders regarding billing issues.
• Monitor and collect outstanding premiums and commissions from clients and insurance carriers.
