Billing and Collections Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and create accurate billing statements of clients
• Monitor collectibles and contact clients for payments
• Solve billing discrepancies and other concerns of clients
• Inform manager on billings very overdue
• Create summary of collectibles per client
• Help in checking accuracy of client's documents and agent's liquidation per shipment
• Help in assisting the department in updating the clients for their shipment status
• Create cash requests for customs broker representatives for each shipment
• Check representatives liquidation versus their cash advances
• Maintain accurate filing of all billing statements and related documents

Job Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of Finance related courses
• Fresh graduates are open to apply as long as they are highly trainable
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
