• Timely submission of Drivers’ Commission Summary Report.
• Monitors Daily Trip/Utilization Report to be submitted to Business Units/Clients on a weekly basis.
• Ensures that Delivery Receipts/Driver’s Trip Report and other pertinent documents related to billing are properly turned over to Client or Business Units.
• Coordinates with the Dispatch Team related to billing for all shipment/transactions of the Department.
• Prepares the Billing Invoices and/or Utilization Reports, based on standard practice and procedures thru Cargo Wise One (CW1) system / EDI or Excel spreadsheet.
• Ensures that Unbilled jobs, WIP and Accrual File are monitored and reported on a weekly and monthly basis.
