We are looking for a Billing Assistant.
What are the role and responsibilities?
1. Prepares Billing Statement and/or Reimbursable Memo for Import and Export Freight Forwarding and Export Special Services transactions and record the same in Accounting System.
Prepares Debit/Credit Memos and record the same in Accounting System for customer account adjustments with approved request for adjustment form.
Ensures completeness and accuracy of billing charges and complete attachment & receipt of reimbursable charges billed to Clients.
Ensures proper charging of VAT.
Ensures proper recording of Billing Invoice and/or Reimbursable Memo and costing in TIOS Production Report.
Prepares Revenue & Expense report per Job Order.
Prepares Production Report for Import and Export.
