Billing Assistant

As a Billing Assistant, you will be responsible of complete the billing process inside warehouse for foreign units and shipments according to goals.
You will report to the warehouse lead.
**Main Responsibilities**Audit and scan shipments inside warehouseRegister unloaded pallets according to specificationsReport units' output to the teamFollow up returns in plantFollow up foreign distribution
**Qualifications**1 year experience in billingBachelor's degree in logistics, administration or similarKnowledge in ASP and inventory bin cardsKnowledge in OTMIntermediate Excel (can perform complex functions) levelAvailability to shift roles
