Billing & Collection Assistant

About the job

The Billing and Collection Assistant will help maintain 98–100% PAR and PRL ratings in the Pag-IBIG Fund by reminding borrowers with overdue payments to update their monthly amortizations.

What you'll do:

• Request for a monthly list of Performing Accounts Ratio (PAR) and Performing Loans Ratio (PLR) from Pag-IBIG Fund for borrowers needing updated amortization.
• Sending regular reminders through SMS, phone calls, and email regarding defaulted amortization payments.
• Assist borrowers in understanding the Home Saver Program offered by Pag-IBIG Fund (Loan Restructuring Payment Plan, Penalty condonation)

What we're looking for:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any business course or equivalent.
• In-depth understanding of Pag-IBIG monthly amortization collection.
• with experience in credit & collection preferably in a real estate developer.
