Billing Executive

Job Description:
Responsible for call handling and assisting customers with queries related to billing.
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate clients as well as enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities.
Coordinate with other Nayatel departments to ensure the resolution of customer issues/queries.
What we’re looking for:
BS Accounting & Finance/BBA/MBA Finance or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
