Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce or any relevant field
• Minimum 13 years of experience in hospital billing or healthcare finance
• Knowledge of TPA, insurance billing, and patient accounting preferred
• Good communication, analytical, and computer skills (Excel / HIS software)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify patient bills accurately as per hospital policies
• Coordinate with various departments for billing details and approvals
• Handle TPA / Insurance claims and maintain documentation
• Assist patients with billing queries and ensure timely settlements
