Billing Executive

We are looking for a competent Billing Executive to manage and streamline our invoicing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of billing software (tally), financial procedures, and customer account management. This role demands accuracy, efficiency, and a no-excuses approach to deadlines and compliance. Youll also collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to maintain clean and auditable financial records.

Roles & Responsibilities -

Generate and issue accurate invoices based on sales or service records.

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

Investigate and resolve billing errors or disputes.

Maintain and update billing systems and client account records.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Prepare regular reports on billing activity, cash flow, and payment status.
