• Experience in residential / commercial / high-rise building projects
• Strong knowledge of contractor billing, client billing & quantity verification
• Hands-on experience in BOQ, rate analysis & cost monitoring
• Exposure to billing reconciliation and project cost control
• Coordination with site execution, contracts & finance teams
• Good knowledge of ERP / billing systems and MIS reporting
