Billing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate invoices/bills for all online customer orders.
• Verify order details before billing (products, quantities, prices, discounts, delivery charges).
• Maintain accurate billing records in the system.
• Coordinate with the Online Sales Team and Dispatch Team to ensure correct billing.
• Assist in resolving customer billing queries/issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding invoicing and record-keeping.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Intermediate (Graduated Preferred)
• Fresh to 1 years of experience in billing, accounts, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of invoicing and accounting software (MS Excel / ERP).
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
