Accounts Receivable Officer (F&B / Restaurant)

Company: Yummyverse Corp.

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to support our restaurant operations, focusing on billing, collections, and sales reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor sales invoices (dine-in, events, deliveries)
• Track and follow up on customer payments
• Reconcile POS sales vs collections
• Monitor outstanding receivables and aging
• Coordinate with the restaurant and operations teams
• Prepare AR reports for management

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or related course
• With AR experience (F&B / restaurant preferred)
• Familiar with POS systems and sales reports
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
