Overview
We are recruiting a Billing Operations Bookkeeper – Contractor & Timesheet Billing to support the financial and operational

functions of a fast-paced recruitment business. This role plays a key part in ensuring

accurate billing, efficient payment processes, robust credit control, and reliable financial

reporting across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing

multiple finance processes within a recruitment or staffing environment.

Bill & Pay Operations

• Support financial processes relating to placements, including timesheets, purchase

orders, and invoicing

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of permanent placement invoices
