About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Representative to join our onsite team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely billing operations for our clients. The Billing Representative will be responsible for managing invoicing processes, payment application, account reconciliation, and supporting collections efforts while maintaining compliance with internal procedures and service-level expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Billing: Prepare, review, and process client invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and internal policies. Verify invoice details, supporting documentation, and billing accuracy.
