The **Customer Care Billing & Revenue Specialist** plays a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate invoicing and strong cash conversion for the UK & Ireland Applied HVAC business. Working closely with Customer Care Administrators, Finance, Sales Managers, and the Customer Care Manager, the role ensures that invoicing is triggered promptly on receipt of Proof of Delivery (POD) and/or completion of services.

The role supports forecast accuracy, revenue recognition, dispute resolution, and payment collection activities, providing direct operational support to the Customer Care Manager and acting as a key coordination and escalation point between Customer Care, Finance, and Sales.
