+ Responsible for setting up and maintaining client financial files and ledger cards.

+ Responsible for accurately billing private clients, referring agencies, insurance companies, and other responsible private parties.

+ Posts payments and charges to client financial ledger cards.

+ Responsible for preparing payment agreements for self-pay and insurance clients

+ Receives and processes food stamp applications; picks up and verifies food stamps, weekly at Welfare various Welfare locations

+ Coordinates client financial information with Counselors
