Billing Specialist BOG

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Specialist to support our growing operations. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client agreements. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, and comfortable interacting directly with U.S.-based clients. This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring billing transparency, and supporting cash flow through accurate invoicing and follow-up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and issue monthly (and potentially semi-monthly) client invoices based on seat counts, rates, and contractual terms.
• Ensure accurate application of proration logic for mid-period onboarding/offboarding.
• Validate billing data against operational inputs (headcount, rates, start dates, etc.)
