Billing Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented
Billing Specialist
to manage end-to-end invoicing processes and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and financial integrity in high-volume operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review customer invoices based on approved rates and services
• Validate billing data to ensure accuracy and contract compliance
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, adjustments, and credit notes
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Finance to clarify billing matters
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
• Ensure invoices are issued within SLAs
• Support audits and follow established billing controls

Requirements:

• 6+ months of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting support
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks accurately
