Billing Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end invoicing processes and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and financial integrity in high-volume operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review customer invoices based on approved rates and services
Validate billing data to ensure accuracy and contract compliance
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, adjustments, and credit notes
Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Finance to clarify billing matters
Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
Ensure invoices are issued within SLAs
Support audits and follow established billing controls
Requirements:
6+ months of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting support
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks accurately
Basic to intermediate Excel skills
Strong English communication skills
