Billing Specialist- Drayage

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to join our finance and logistics team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting billing processes within the drayage or intermodal transportation industry and will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

This role requires a basic understanding of common drayage accessorial charges such as detention, demurrage, chassis usage, pre-pulls, yard storage, and port-related fees. The position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the logistics and transportation finance field while gaining deeper exposure to port and intermodal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify supporting documents such as rate confirmations, delivery orders, bills of lading, gate tickets, and PODs to ensure all billable charges are properly captured.
