Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume, performance-based invoicing for large customers.

• Prepare, maintain, and review allocations prior to entry into the general ledger.

• Prepare reconciliations and upload/review files.

• Email invoices and process credit card updates and charges.

• Manage a high volume of collection calls and account follow-ups.
