Job Summary

The Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely billing of electricity consumption for residential, commercial, and industrial customers, including streetlight utility attachments. The role supports the company’s commitment to excellent customer service by ensuring that billing processes are executed in accordance with company policies, regulatory standards, and government rules. He/She handles bill preparation, billing exception review, variance analysis, and computation of differential and back billings, also oversees and monitors the performance of bill delivery service providers to ensure that customer bills are distributed promptly and accurately.
