Billing Specialist

The Offshore Billing Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely daily billing, credit processing, and invoice issue resolution. This role ensures all completed orders are billed correctly, discrepancies are resolved quickly with site leadership, and client billing concerns are addressed professionally and efficiently.
This position plays a critical role in protecting revenue integrity, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting operational accountability.

Core Responsibilities:

• Daily Billing & Invoice Management
• Generate and process invoices for all completed orders on a daily basis
• Verify billing accuracy against work orders, rate sheets, contracts, and mileage
• Ensure all billable services are captured and invoiced properly
• Maintain strict adherence to billing deadlines
