Billing specialist

- Strong experience in billing processing and understanding of end‑to‑end client billing workflows.
- Knowledge of how revenue is calculated, fee schedules, account setup, portfolio mapping & billing parameters.
- Understanding of distribution mechanisms, pooled billing, fee allocations, and reconciliations.
- Background in Investment Banking or Wealth Management billing (mandatory).
- Hands‑on experience with Broadridge or Envestnet platforms is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of portfolio accounting, financial instruments, invoicing, accruals, and GL postings.
